New Home designs
I will work with you to create a conceptual design with 3d imagery. I can then prepare these concept drawings to working drawings for lodgement with council in attaining the appropriate building approvals. You may choose to work with me on material selections and finishes, to complete the project design. Assisting you to manage the works is something I also enjoy.
home additions/renovations
Whether it be a significant addition and transformation, or the internal remodelling of your existing home I will work with you to create the space you are dreaming of. I am able to prepare plans which are ready for lodgement with council for the appropriate building approvals. I also offer to work together with you in the selection of finishes and materials.
commercial renovations
I would like the opportunity to work with you in remodelling your existing workspace. This might involve physical changes to the layout and / or sourcing and selection of soft furnishings or furniture.
